Order Processing

* All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
* Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
* During festivals, sales, or high-demand periods, order processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times are:

* Within Gujarat: 2–4 business days
* Rest of India: 4–7 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

* Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
* We may offer free shipping on selected products or above a specified order value, which will be mentioned on our website.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking details. You can also track your order through the Track Your Order page on our website.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will make delivery attempts according to their standard policy. If the delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, the order may be returned to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping such orders.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details while placing an order.

PRINCE will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Delayed Delivery

While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

* Extreme weather conditions
* Public holidays
* Government restrictions
* Courier service disruptions
* High order volumes during sales or festivals

We appreciate your patience in such situations.

Damaged Package

If your package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please:

* Take clear photographs of the package.
* Refuse delivery if the damage is severe (where possible).
* Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your Order ID and photographs.

Our team will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Undeliverable Orders

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, multiple failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept delivery, we reserve the right to charge additional shipping fees for re-delivery or cancel the order after deducting applicable shipping and handling charges.

International Shipping

Currently, PRINCE ships only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
