* The product must be returned in its original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
* The product must not have any stains, perfume, damage, or signs of use.
* A valid proof of purchase or Order ID is required.

Returns requested after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

:-Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

* Products returned after 7 days from the delivery date.
* Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
* Products without original tags or packaging.
* Products purchased during Clearance Sale, End of Season Sale, Special Discount Sale, or marked as Final Sale.
* Gift cards (if applicable).

:-Refund Policy

Once we receive your returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions.

* Refunds will only be initiated after the returned product has been received and successfully passed our quality inspection.
* If the returned item is found to be used, damaged, washed, altered, or not in its original condition, the refund request may be declined.
* If the return is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after it has been approved. The processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

:-Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

To request an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.

To initiate a return:

2. Share your Order ID along with the reason for the return.

4. Pack the product securely and ship it back in its original condition.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

Product Care & Disclaimer

Our products are traditional ethnic wear and require proper care to maintain their quality and appearance.

* All products are strictly recommended for Dry Clean only.
* Washing the product with water, machine wash, hand wash, or using harsh detergents may result in color fading, fabric damage, embroidery damage, shrinkage, or deterioration of the product.
* PRINCE does not provide any guarantee or warranty against color fading, color bleeding, fabric shrinkage, embroidery damage, embellishment damage, or any deterioration in quality caused after delivery or due to improper care.
* Slight variations in color, texture, embroidery, print placement, or handcrafted work are normal characteristics of traditional garments and should not be considered manufacturing defects.
* Returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be accepted for issues arising from improper washing, ironing, handling, or failure to follow the recommended care instructions.
